This group is for anyone who would like to develop their self-confidence, expressiveness and/or other unexpressed abilities by expanding their voice. Voice Movement Therapy is an expressive arts therapy that focuses on breath, voice, movement and relaxation. Each monthly session will be open to anyone who is interested and registers by noon on the Thursday before the Saturday session.
